Our Mission Statement

To honor, support, and empower retired Black firefighters by fostering a community rooted in camaraderie, mutual respect, and shared experiences. Our mission is to celebrate the legacy of our members' service, advocate for their well-being, and provide ongoing opportunities for personal growth, mentorship, and community engagement. Protection of inalienable rights which are essential for insuring dignity and freedom.We are committed to preserving the rich history and contributions of Black firefighters, advocating for equitable treatment and recognition within the firefighting community, and promoting a spirit of unity and resilience.Together, we stand as a testament to the courage, dedication, honor and excellence of our members, ensuring their legacy inspires future generations and continues to uplift and strengthen themselves and our communities.
